Job Description:
Are you an avid learner? Keen to grow your talent in an IT role? We are hiring an IT Support Engineer to be a core member of the Group IT team. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality on-site support and ensuring the smooth operation of workplace technology in the Amsterdam office.
In this role you will take a modern approach to IT support, leveraging Artificial Intelligence tools to enhance efficiency, improve service quality, and drive continuous innovation. This includes using AI to accelerate diagnostics, enrich documentation, automate tasks, and support the Group's digital transformation, particularly the migration of users to platforms such as SharePoint Online. The role also includes dedicated support for VIP shareholders and clear communication with local teams.
What you'll do
* Provide responsive on-site support for hardware, software, peripherals, and mobile devices to minimise disruption
* Log, prioritise, and resolve incidents and requests in line with ITIL processes
* Manage Joiner/Mover/Leaver processes, including device preparation, configuration, internal moves, and secure offboarding
* Deliver IT induction sessions and ensure new joiners have the required system access
* Maintain asset inventories and manage the full lifecycle of IT equipment.

Qualifications:
* ITIL Foundation certification preferred
* Microsoft certifications are a plus
* Basic infrastructure knowledge: servers, routers, switches, firewalls
* Experience in a dynamic corporate environment with strong customer service skills
* Familiarity with AI tools (e.g. Microsoft Copilot) or a strong willingness to learn.
