Descripción del puesto:

We are Reckitt

Home to the world's best loved and trusted hygiene, health, and nutrition brands. Our purpose defines why we exist: to protect, heal and nurture in the relentless pursuit of a cleaner, healthier world. We are a global team united by this purpose. Join us in our fight to make access to the highest quality hygiene, wellness, and nourishment a right and not a privilege.

Omni-Sales Excellence

Our Sales teams help to deliver Reckitt's purpose by building shared success with our customers, making access to the highest quality hygiene, wellness, and nourishment possible in-stores and online.

Within Sales, we're focused on achieving outperformance across all of our channels, operating in highly competitive categories. This focus results in a dynamic, fast paced environment where cross functional teams are encouraged to collaborate to achieve success.

We have around 10,000 sales people across the world, within market roles and ranging in areas like Field Sales, Key Accounts, Trade Marketing and Category Development.

About the role

This role supports the Global Trade Marketing & Revenue Growth Management function by turning data and insights into clear, actionable sales and category strategies for international markets.
You will play a key part in shaping how brands win at point of sale - influencing pricing, promotion, assortment, and channel strategies across regions. Working closely with global and local teams, you will help ensure that commercial decisions are grounded in insight, analytics, and real market understanding.

Your responsibilities

* Act as a key partner to global category and commercial teams, bringing a sales and trade perspective into category growth strategies.
* Lead insight generation and analytical support for global and regional commercial discussions.
* Support the development and alignment of pricing, promotion, assortment, and activation strategies across markets.
* Translate shopper, category, and commercial data into clear recommendations and practical guidance for local teams.
* Deliver analytical outputs using revenue growth management and sales tools to support decision-making and best-practice sharing.
* Build and maintain a repository of learnings, market interventions, and outcomes to accelerate future performance.
* Support priority global customer and category presentations.
* Contribute to future innovation and trade strategies, ensuring plans are scalable and effective across channels and markets.
* Deliver ad-hoc analysis to address business questions beyond existing tools and standard reports.

The experience we're looking for

* Experience in trade marketing, commercial analytics, revenue growth management, or a related commercial role, with a strong data-driven and analytical mindset.
* Solid understanding of commercial fundamentals (including P&L, pricing, promotion, and trade spend) and how they translate into category and sales performance.
* Proven ability to work with complex data, build analyses (e.g. Excel), and translate insights into clear recommendations and decisions.
* Experience working in cross-functional and/or international environments, with the ability to influence stakeholders without formal authority.
* Comfortable operating in a dynamic, fast-moving environment, managing multiple priorities with attention to detail and a pragmatic, results-oriented approach.
* Experience in FMCG, consumer health, or a similar industry is an advantage; transferable experience and learning agility are equally valued.
