About the job
Commercial Excellence Manager - Health
In this role, you'll lead the charge in shaping Commercial Excellence across more than 45 markets. Your mission is Simplify processes, align strategies, and elevate execution for all Healthcare Solution Field Force Effectiveness initiatives. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams at Nutricia Worldwide and work closely with partners across diverse geographies-making a real impact on how we deliver health solutions worldwide
As Commercial Excellence Manager - Health you will be partnering along with Central & regional HN Solution teams & your focus will be on:
Drive Field Force Productivity & Insights
* Lead deployment of HealthCare Engagement Model (HCEM) & monitor progress
* Engage with HN teams to assess deployment, identify gaps, and propose improvements
* Analyze HN Effectiveness KPIs & trends to deliver actionable insights to commercial teams
Lead Segmentation & Targeting
* Design and implement segmentation and targeting strategies for HN Solution teams
* Analyze HCP /HCO trends to support demand creation and territory planning
* Collaborate with 3rd party agencies to conduct market research and optimize HCP segmentation and field deployment
Optimize Territory and Resource
* Lead sizing, alignment, and workload optimization to ensure effective and efficient coverage
* Provide recommendations to enhance field deployment and resource utilization
* Assess & validate New/ Additional FTEs request for the deployment in countries
* Support HN Solution Teams to design , implement monitor HN Bonus/Incentive plans in alignment HCS Compliance
Lead Field Force Enablement & CRM Management
* Lead field enablement systems- E.g NUTRIEXPERT, E-WIZARD & various digital tools
ensuring alignment with commercial objectives and user needs.
* Drive user adoption of tools and support training initiatives for field force and stakeholders
* Partner with HN Solution, HN Strategy, Digital & IT and to drive execution in the markets
* Develop , Analyze KPIs, Market Data , Sales trends and maintain reporting dashboards
You fit this role if you are/have:
* Bachelor/Master Degree in STEM or a relevant field;
* > 6 -8 years’ experience in Commercial Excellence / SFE roles in Pharma /Medtech/Consulting;
* Hands on experience in Sales Enablement / Data Visualization (SFDC.com/ Power BI / Excel);
* Confident in engaging stakeholders at all levels, including senior management.
* Easily collaborates across teams and countries, adapts quickly, and eager to learn.
* Fluent in English – written & spoken ( Spanish/Russian is an advantage)
