We are looking for a
Telecommunication Expense Coordinator
to join our team in Budapest!

The Role:

As a team member, you will assist with migration from fixed lines to MS Teams in offices, handle user support for Teams migrations and run reports on cost optimizations on weekly and monthly bases regarding telecommunication costs, and keep data clean by following data governance and quality processes.
Qualifications

Responsibilities

* Follow customer processes and standard operating procedures to process the following:
* Setting up new users, phone lines
* Searching for fixed lines in all our global offices that can be disconnected.
* Decommissioning/ disconnecting users from legacy systems
* Assistance with migration to MS Teams
* Cost allocation based on location
* Building inventory of providers and users
* Troubleshooting billing issues
* Provide support to user requests, via phone, chat or e-mail
* Demonstrate responsiveness and sense of urgency in all customer interactions
* Research issues by collaborating with other internal resources when a solution is not readily available
* Identify, escalate and/or redirect priority issues to product owner as needed
* Stay current with application updates to provide support to our internal customers (ELC Employees)

Requirements

* High-level understanding of telecommunication (mobile and fixed lines) architecture
* Experience providing customer support during system migration
* Preferred experience with billing of telecommunication field
* Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, Visio and PowerPoint)
* Proficiency with SharePoint
* Effective communication skills, including listening, writing, and speaking in English
* Strong analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently
* Ability to lead training sessions with confidence
* Availability preferred for the majority of users located in EST

* Budapest, XI. district - Budapest One office
* Home office provided (10 days per month HO provided)
