What are the daily tasks?
* Facilitate the internal decision-making process (Stage Gate - the international best practice process for capital decision making), and contribute to the continuous review and improvement of this process in order to streamline the decision making;
* Coordinate between various stakeholder groups to ensure project delivery;
* Support senior management in decision making and ensure constant dialogue with relevant senior stakeholders;
* Support project managers in the preparation of investment related proposals and by ensuring timely budget approvals;
* Track the CAPEX spending of the project portfolio, participate in the preparation of CAPEX-reports for management
* Facilitate the Business Planning process of investment projects.

Who We're looking for?
Educational Background: You have a University or College degree (at least B.Sc.) in Economics, Finance, Organization & Management or Petroleum engineering.
Professional Experience: Confident and proven practical - at least 2 years of experience in a corporate environment in business, economics, finance related roles - including internship roles as well.
Skills
* Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English (C1 preferred).
* Excellent analytical and communication skills.
* Self-starter, proactive attitude.
* Structured way of thinking and good problem-solving skills - strong critical thinking.
* Ability to manage tasks autonomously.
* Confident MS Excel and PPT skills.

Advantage: Experience in project management and / or energy sector is a distinct advantage
