Your Task

This role involves organizing and supervising the maintenance of office areas and equipment, as well as managing inventory of IT equipment, furniture, and office supplies. The position includes responsibilities related to the company's vehicle fleet administration and ensuring uninterrupted daily operations at company premises.

Responsibilities

* Organize and supervise the maintenance of office areas and equipment
* Plan, arrange, and clean the location of office equipment
* Perform storage and inventory management of IT equipment, furniture, and office supplies
* Contribute to administration and operational tasks related to the company's vehicle fleet
* Evaluate and control the accuracy of procurement documents and track inventory changes
* Carry out the receipt, issuance, and periodic inventory of company fixed assets
* Assist with fixed asset documentation and document management
* Provide the foundation for uninterrupted daily operations at company premises
* Participate in the process of requesting fixed assets and support their activation
* Handle reported errors, involving subcontractors when necessary
* Provide administrative support to ensure proper contractual background
* Cooperate with external service providers
* Maintain and continuously update related documentation and databases
* Generate reports according to expectations
* Monitor and manage tickets related to the area in the ticket management system

Requerimientos del candidato/a:

Your Profile

We are looking for an Office Administration Intern with strong organizational skills, computer proficiency, and excellent communication abilities to support office operations and inventory management.

Must Have Skills

* Full-time student status for at least one more year
* Commitment to work at least 25 hours per week
* Intermediate knowledge of English
* Intermediate knowledge of Excel
* Intermediate knowledge of Word
* Intermediate knowledge of Outlook
* Category B driver's license with active driving experience
* Good communication skills
* Proactivity
* Ability to work independently and in a team
* Open personality
* Customer-centric mindset
* Stress management skills
