About the Role
Join JLL as a Soft Facilities Manager and take ownership of the soft services experience at one of our high-profile client sites. In this role, you'll lead the delivery of catering, cleaning, waste management, and pest control services, ensuring every aspect of the workplace environment meets the highest standards. You'll act as a trusted partner to our client, managing vendor performance, optimizing costs, and driving service excellence across the site. What You'll Do
* Lead the delivery of all soft FM services on site - including cleaning, catering, pest control, and waste management - ensuring consistent quality and adherence to service standards
* Manage and develop relationships with on-site vendors and contractors, conducting regular inspections and performance reviews to uphold contractual commitments
* Assist in the procurement of vendors
* Oversee financial processes related to soft FM operations, ensuring accurate budgeting, forecasting, and timely reporting
* Identify and implement cost-saving initiatives while continuously raising operational standards across the site
* Deliver superior customer service that anticipates and exceeds client expectations, acting as a key point of contact for soft services
* Produce regular reporting packages, track Key Performance Indicators, and ensure Service Level Agreement targets are consistently achieved
* Apply established escalation and incident reporting procedures, ensuring full compliance with JLL's business conduct, policies, and operational guidelines

What We're Looking For
* A solid background in Soft Facilities Management within a corporate, high-profile, or hospitality-driven environment
* Strong working knowledge of catering, cleaning, and waste management operations and vendor management practices
* Commercial awareness with the ability to manage budgets, drive efficiencies, and deliver value through procurement
* A proactive, hands-on mindset - someone who leads by example and supports their team when needed
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with a professional, friendly, and welcoming presence
* Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise a busy and varied workload
* Sharp attention to detail combined with the initiative to spot opportunities and resolve issues independently
* Strong English knowledge
* Confident IT skills, including Outlook, Excel, and Word; a technical FM or Project Management qualification is a plus
