R&D Laboratory Engineer

Your tasks

* Run ARES machine for all required tests submitted to lab
* Collect ARES data and process into usable results for customer.
* Coordinate calibration and maintanece of ARES test machine
* Update and maintain ARES testing specifications and methods
* Solve problems with data analysis programs and update for new methods.
* Participation in the development of laboratory processes, including method validation and the implementation of new testing procedures
* Perform testing in accordance with ISO, ASTM, DIN and other relevant standards.
* Communicate with developers and, when necessary, coordinate with suppliers.
* Perform statistical evaluations and identify trends. Provide recommendations for improvements or root cause analysis of issues.
* Managing the calibration and maintenance of laboratory instruments.
* Preparing and executing tests
* Claim topics
* Support preparation for audits.

Your profile

* BSc or MSc degree in chemisty, chemical or material engineering or other related technical university degree with relevant work experience (min 3 year).
* Min. 3 year of laboratory work experience
* Strong team player with the ability to work in a multidisciplinary R&D environment
* Fluent in English (written and spoken); additional languages are a plus
* Problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to root cause analysis and continuous improvement
