Overview MEDIA OPERATIONS SPECIALIST We are looking for a Media Operations Specialist to play a key role in supporting and improving the agency's internal processes and development initiatives. This position focuses on managing ongoing operational and development projects, working closely with cross-functional teams to understand their needs, and identifying opportunities to optimize, automate, or streamline existing workflows. You will be responsible for maintaining and improving internal templates and tools, executing small-scale development and testing tasks, troubleshooting issues, and collecting feedback to ensure continuous improvement. This role is ideal for someone who is proactive, solution-oriented, and comfortable balancing technical hands-on work with broad stakeholder collaboration. What you'll do Manage and track ongoing operational and development projects, ensuring smooth progress and timely delivery Collaborate with teams across the agency to gather requirements, understand current workflows, and translate needs into actionable solutions Identify opportunities to optimize, automate, or streamline internal processes Maintain, update, and continuously improve Excel-based templates and internal tools Execute small-scale development tasks and support testing of new features or process improvements Identify, document, and troubleshoot issues; coordinate or execute fixes Collect user feedback and convert insights into future optimization or development ideas Prepare clear documentation for processes, updates, and newly implemented solutions Team collaboration & stakeholders Work closely with internal agency teams (media planners, buyers, specialists) to ensure operational alignment Collaborate with external development partners, primarily in English, to supervise development work, resolve bugs, and test new features Partner with the Data Team on joint initiatives involving dashboards, automation, templates, or data-driven process improvements What we are looking for Experience in operations, project coordination, or process management (agency or tech environment is a plus) Advanced Excel knowledge (formulas, pivots, basic scripting/coding) Familiarity with Microsoft 365 (Excel, SharePoint, PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook) Familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI) or strong willingness to learn Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to break down processes and identify improvement opportunities Comfort with smaller-scale technical or development tasks (template updates, testing, bug fixing) Ability to communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, including English communication with external development partners High level of accuracy, ownership, and reliability from task start to finish Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects in parallel Previous involvement in automation, workflow optimization, or operational improvement initiatives and experience using AI tools to support automation, testing, documentation, or daily operational tasks are considered as an advantage Maintenance and development of Excel-based templates, tools, and technical assets Basic development or technical troubleshooting skills (testing environments, bug identification, documentation) Comfort working with digital tools and operational systems; fast learner of new technologies Professional proficiency in English and Hungarian Why you'll love it here You'll have a high-impact role where your work directly improves how the entire agency operates.
