Job Description:

Coordinate and Moderate relevant Quality methods related meetings/review/activities.
Formulate standardized templates, prepare checklists based on requirement and conduct info sessions to drive improvements.
Support and ensure usage of Risk Assessment for Critical Product Releases (RAS) in the customer/platform projects as per requirement. Analysis and Report overdue RAS status & conduct meetings with relevant CFT to close.
Conduct and coach problem solving projects
Create Customer Specific Requirements checklist (CSR) for all INDIAN OEM's and conduct training to project managers and ensure usage of checklist during Quality gate
moderation. Conduct Recurrence meeting with manufacturing plant coordinators to close CSR checklist evaluation on fast track basis.
Conduct Quality gate moderation for customer projects and formulate Standardization of templates & make it available in (COMPANY NAME) connect page for easy access for all PJMs & sPJMs
Analysis of all RED rated topics in QGs & conduct info sessions for improvements

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in engineering(Mechanical / Industrial / EEE and E&C)
Basic certification in Problem Solving equivalent Shainin Apprentice or Six sigma green belt
