Minimum qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
* 2 years of experience in program or project management, leading multi-disciplinary projects.
* Experience in carrier class level telecommunications environments, optical network infrastructure, transmission systems, layer 2/3 routers, and data services.
* Experience operating in a data center or point of presence environment, and with OSP, ISP, AC/DC power systems, environmental controls relay, and rack/cabinet/cage construction.
* Ability to travel up to 20% of the time as needed.

Preferred qualifications:

* Experience managing third-parties to execute against objectives from commercial negotiation to execution and oversight.
* Experience with software development, business requirements development, database development, and management.
* Experience in collaborating across multiple levels and functions, with a passion to engage/influence tactical and strategic decision-making.
* Knowledge of Lean/Six Sigma and related experience developing business processes and associated metric frameworks within a global network field services organization.
