Provide support to front members related to account openings, maintenance and documentation.

YOUR CHALLENGE

o All client onboarding tasks are performed as a first line of defence support to the
Relationship Management team.
o Preparing account documentation for execution by client
o Performing AML/KYC/ Source of Wealth requirements checks in accordance with bank policies and procedures.
o Performing enhanced due diligence and compiling KYC analysis on case-by-case basis and in accordance with bank policies and procedures
o Managing the end-to-end process of client onboarding in collaboration with the
Relationship Manager and Relationship Manager Assistant
o Maintain position as single point of contact between Compliance and RM/RMA
o Ensure quality and timeliness of account opening.
o Working with Front Risk Manager and Compliance to receive constructive feedback and ensure consistent improvement.
o Ensure low to zero rejection rates for account opening through increased quality of KYC /SoW

YOUR PROFILE

o Experienced in Account Opening.
o Knowledgeable on AML, KYC & EDD.
o Good understanding of client documentation requirements - Individuals & Entities
o Willingness to take instruction and task delegation from Manager
o Provide a service of professionalism and excellence
o Commercial mindedness
o Ability to meet deadlines and KPI's
o Manage all client data with due care and ensure adherence to policies where data security is concerned
o Client discretion- be aware of and adhere to banking secrecy & non-disclosure
