The team at The Killarney Plaza Hotel & Spa, are seeking an experienced Full-Time Spa Receptionist to join their team for 5 shifts per week, working a variety of shifts including weekends.

What you'll do:

* To liaise with all clients and hotel guests on the phone and face to face in a courteous and professional manner at all times.
* To deal with all check-ins in a professional, efficient and courteous manner and to ensure the client/guest is helped with any information they may require during their time in the Spa
* Ensuring that each client/guest receives a memorable Spa experience from start to finish.
* To be knowledgeable on all Spa product and the ability to upsell at every available opportunity.
* Maintaining high Spa standards at all times.
* Carrying out general Spa duties as required.

About you:

* At least 1 year Spa Reception/administration experience is desirable
* Must be guest focused and with excellent communication skills.
* Must present a professional image at all times.
* Must be well organised.
* Must have fluent English.
