The Role: Reporting to the Process Engineering Manager, the Principal Process Engineer is responsible leading Process Engineering team(s) associated with 1 or more existing membrane processes.

Responsibilities:

* Responsible for leading & supporting investigations in relation to product, process and quality issues. This includes day to day troubleshooting and process/technical support.

* Regular reviewing & reporting of process performance

* Leading or supporting capital, process development and cost reduction projects

* Leading trial work necessary to determine process windows prior to process qualification.

* Leading or supporting the development and operation of process monitoring / control systems and procedures.

* Support the various groups: Quality, Validation, Maintenance, EHS etc to achieve objectives.

* Leading or supporting risk mitigation initiatives such as FMEA and risk assessments.

* Support the management of the plant BOMs. Develop expertise in SAP.

* Ensure that process information is documented and that this document is updated as necessary to reflect increased process knowledge and understanding.

* Maintain and develop process documentation and procedures.

* Ensure compliance with GMP + Safety rules on new and existing equipment.
