Pathology Project Manager

Job Title: Pathology Project Manager - Dublin, Ireland (Hybrid)
The Role:
* Global Pathology set-up functions for digital pathology requests, ensuring accurate and timely set up of the digital pathology application (MIRA), SOP creation,
* Liaise and coordinate a global team of external histopathologist key opinion leaders, dealing with queries related to this group as they arise.
* Coordinate Pathologist and external Pathology KOL.
* Ensure all work is delivered to KOLs, read, and reported within agreed TAT.
* Act as point of contact and main vendor manager for a limited number of external Pathology AI vendors.
* Onboard new Pathology KOLs and Pathology vendors as required.
* Ensure all compliance documentation associated with Pathology KOLs is kept up to date and in compliance.
* Lead, facilitate and engage in sponsor audits, where aspects of the ICL digital pathology service is being audited.
* Oversee administrative tasks for Pathology software.
* Perform administrative pathology tasks as directed by lab manager / lab director.
* Generate pathology management reports.
* Monitor and track the awarding of new studies and proactively engage with pathology stakeholders.
* Lead the planning and implementation of cross-functional project(s).
Facilitate the definition of project scope, goals, and deliverables.
* Define project tasks and resource requirements.
* Develop full-scale cross-functional project plans.
* Assemble and coordinate project staff.
* Plan and schedule project timelines.
* Develop and Manage Risk Mitigation Strategies for projects.
* Track project deliverables using appropriate tools.
* Provide direction and support to project team.
* Quality assurance.
* Constantly monitor and report on progress of the project to all stakeholders.
* Present reports defining project progress, problems, and solutions.
* Implement and manage project changes and interventions to achieve project outputs.
* Project evaluations and assessment of results
What you need:
* Bachelor's degree is required.
* 3 + years of experience as a Project Manager in Pharmaceutical, CRO, Clinical is preferred.
* Histopathology lab experience would be an advantage but not essential.
