About the Role
This role will lead the on the all third party sales and commercial partnerships for driving sales across the portfolio of Irish Brand Homes, and will work very closely with the Marketing/Brand team to ensure that marketing and brand campaigns and sales activity are closely aligned to deliver quality sales and profitability.

Responsibilities:
* Responsible for a portfolio commercial partnerships and B2B clients, developing new accounts and maintaining excellent rapport with existing accounts and successfully promoting the Brand Homes to the community and internal partners.
* Meeting the growth and profitability targets for partnerships, B2B sales by leading our Trade Show event plans globally.
* Owning the end to end sales process for this portfolio via a CRM system including lead generation, database management, first party data management, account management and monitoring a pipeline of sales activity to meet agreed targets.
* Maintain an in-depth understanding of what today's travellers and consumers want, know how to work effectively with agencies, luxury travel providers and incentive groups and how to partner with tourism associations and the community to drive quality sales and visitor numbers, ensuring that occupancy and yield is managed.
* Collaborate with the Marketing/Brand, Innovation, Retail and Finance team to develop products and experiences that grow quality sales, support brand salience and are aligned to the our Brand Homes Strategy.

Role Requirements:
* ESSENTIAL: Experience in a sales of an international visitor experience or tourism management company
* Proven ability to develop sales and commercial partnerships, optimise revenue and develop yield and pricing strategies
* Ability and previous experience of envisioning, designing and completing a compelling international sales strategy
* Experience of delivering and optimising key digital and CRM systems such as Salesforce (but not exclusively) including automation and segmentation
* Data driven, with strong analytical skills and able to turn data into actionable insights
* Expert negotiator, developing creative solutions to challenges or barriers
* Confidence in challenging the 'norm' to drive commercial, profitable opportunities and develop client contracts and partnerships that reward growth
* Strong IT literacy and the ability to handle electronic data, electronic sales, and be comfortable with new technology, networks and systems
* Bachelor's degree in a business, sales, commercial or another related field required
* Experience in e-commerce sales and development
