We are looking for a future part-time (20 hours) Client Advisor (1-year contract) to join our team in Milan, La Rinascente. The role will focus on providing exceptional client service and support, particularly during store closing hours and on weekends.
Your experience and skills * We are looking forward to your experience in the luxury sector, but also welcome you as a new starter in our team. * For advising our international customers, you speak fluent Italian and English; ideally, you have additional language skills. * The customer experience is important to you - you are passionate about consulting.
