The Team is in charge of the admission process on Borsa Italiana equity markets: Euronext Milan and Euronext Growth Milan.
Key Responsibilities
The candidate will support the team in the admission process:
* financial analysis of the issuer;
* documentation check;
* relationship with issuers and intermediaries.
Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate has:
* Master's Degree in Finance, Banking and Finance, Economics of Markets and Financial Intermediaries;
* Good knowledge and interest in corporate finance and accounting;
* Good analytical skills;
* Excellent knowledge of MS Office (Excel);
* Excellent knowledge of English (both written and spoken).
