Job Description & SummaryAt PwC, our people in deals focus on providing strategic advice and support to clients in areas such as mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, and restructuring. They help clients navigate complex transactions and maximise value in their business deals.

Those in deal integration and valuation realisation at PwC will focus on assisting clients in successfully integrating acquisitions and maximising the value of their investments. You will be responsible for conducting valuations, financial analysis, and developing strategies for post-merger integration.

Per questa opportunità è previsto un inserimento con contratto al:
* 3° livello CCNL Commercio (29.000EUR-30.500EUR) per candidati senza esperienza o esperienza minima
* 2° livello CCNL Commercio (31.500EUR-33.000EUR) per candidati con comprovata esperienza nel ruolo L'offerta finale sarà definita anche in base alla valutazione delle tue competenze ed esperienze pregresse.
