At Grupo Planeta, we are looking for an International Business Developer to join our team in the Rome Business School.

Job Mission: The International Business Developer will play a key role in driving the international expansion of Planeta Formación y Universidades through franchising initiatives. Based in Rome, the role combines strategic analysis with direct business outreach, identifying and developing new partnership opportunities in international markets.
Key Responsabilities
* Proactively identify and contact potential franchise partners across target regions, building a qualified pipeline of international opportunities.
* Conduct market research, mapping, and analysis to identify emerging markets and potential institutions aligned with the Group's strategic goals.
* Develop and present franchise proposals and business cases in coordination with the International Business Development and Strategy teams.
* Support negotiation processes and coordinate internal due diligence on potential partners.
* Contribute to the definition of business and financial models for each franchise project.
* Liaise with academic, operations, and IT departments to ensure comprehensive support for franchise partners.
* Prepare regular reports and presentations for senior management summarizing progress, opportunities, and pipeline evolution.

Requisitos

What would we like to see in your CV?
* Degree in Business, Management, Economics, or a related field.
* At least 2-3 years of experience in business development, international partnerships, or franchising, ideally within the education, consulting, or services sector.
* Proven track record in outreach, partner acquisition, or sales-driven roles.
* Excellent command of English (C1 or higher); knowledge of Italian, Spanish, or French is an advantage.
* Proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, CRM systems, and digital prospecting tools.
* Availability for international travel as required by project needs.
