The Retail Merchandising Analysis & Coordination Manager is responsible for leading analytical and strategic planning activities across all categories within the Retail Merchandising team at worldwide level, transforming data into actionable business insights.
The role supports strategic decision-making, coordinates cross-categories business analysis and planning activities, and leads key projects to enhance business performance and support sustainable growth. Also, the role is key in the coordination and definition on the Budget, both qualitatively and quantitatively.
University Degree in Business Administration, Management Engineering, Economics, or a related field. Significant experience in Retail Merchandising, Buying, Planning, Business Analysis, Forecasting, or Management Consulting, preferably within the luxury or fashion industry. Proven track record in developing business analyses, forecasts, strategic plans, and executive-level presentations to support decision-making. Strong project management skills, with experience coordinating cross-functional initiatives and multiple stakeholders in complex environments. Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to translate data into actionable business insights and recommendations. Strong communication, influencing, and presentation skills, with the ability to interact effectively with senior leadership. Demonstrated stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills. Proactive, agile, and results-oriented mindset, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability. High attention to detail, accuracy, and quality of deliverables. Ability to thrive in fast-paced and evolving organizational environments, managing priorities and deadlines effectively. Strong interpersonal skills, team spirit, and ability to build trusted relationships across the organization. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with BI, reporting, and ERP tools is considered a plus. Fluent in English, both written and spoken
