* Leads the Kanadevia Inova and contractor teams to implement and comply with project HSEQ requirements
* Ensures that risk assessments and method statements (RAMS) are reviewed with regards to HSE requirements, and that work is carried out in accordance with the RAMS
* Works with customer and project manager in producing work schedules and plans, implements service delivery and follows up deviations and claims
* Reviews and approves WPQRs, WPS, Welder's Certification/Coding review, Welding Operator's Certification review, Site Skills test, Welding book, NDE results
* Supervises on-site activities/labor crew (Welders, Fitters etc.) and ensures works within area of responsibility are executed in accordance with the contract, and conform with project time and budget requirements; prepares overhaul report
* Prepare reports/documentation for change order requests (technical, time and costs)

Requerimientos del candidato/a:

* Mechanical /Electrical discipline Technical Diploma with valid major HSE certifications (confined spaces, working at height etc.)
* Minimum 3 years as supervisor in delivering Boiler Pressure Parts repair and replacement works, including co-ordination of sub-contractors
* Knowledge of international and national technical standards, common NDT and quality procedures; experienced in the and in the evaluation of RT films and other NDT results
* Knowledge and experience in Boiler Pressure Parts works in the Waste to Energy and/or Power and/or Oil & gas Industries
* Leadership and communication skills; Fuency in English.
* Shall be available to work in shifts, including night shift when required, and to work abroad
