A Stock Keeper manages inventory, ensures a store is organized and well-stocked, and handles key aspects of stock control. Duties include receiving and organizing deliveries, conducting stock counts and inventories, managing goods movements, and maintaining accurate records to support availability, actively participating in the achievement of commercial objectives. You are a Tod´s Ambassador promoting our Company Values.

Main responsibilities & activities (aligned to focus areas)

Customer Focus
* Support customer advice and sales in the store by ensuring timely product availability and efficient back-of-house support.
* Support omnichannel activities as required, ensuring smooth handling of product requests and movements.
* Support processing of complaints and returns by ensuring correct handling and routing of goods and documentation.
Product Focus
* Accurately label goods and ensure correct product identification.
* Maintain order in the warehouse area daily to protect product integrity and ensure fast retrieval.
* Support assortment control and maintenance by keeping stock organized and accessible.
Process & Systems Focus (incl. Inventory & Stock Control)
* Carry out and check goods movements with accuracy and attention to detail.
* Monitor and process incoming and outgoing goods following store procedures.
* Prepare and carry out inventories as scheduled, supporting accurate stock counts.
* Administer purchasing office and warehouse supplies in line with store needs and procedures.
People / Team Focus
* Collaborate closely with the store team to support daily operational priorities and maintain a service-oriented mindset.
* Communicate clearly with colleagues regarding stock priorities, deliveries, and any discrepancies.

Profilo

Required skills
* Professional experience as a warehouse clerk, ideally in the luxury segment.
* Successfully completed training in retail or a comparable qualification (if applicable).
* High level of enthusiasm for our brand and our high-quality products.
* Stylish appearance, positive charisma and enjoy working in a team.
* Quick comprehension and adaptability.
* Strong analytical and numerical skills; high sense of responsibility.
* SAP and Excel are an advantage.
* Business knowledge in (TBD language) and English (if applicable); other languages are an advantage
