At Grupo Planeta, we are looking for a Marketing Specialist to join our team in the Rome Business School.
We are looking for a candidate with a preferably marketing-related background, capable of conducting research and analysis, who is ambitious, proactive, and eager to grow. An organized and creative individual who can work under pressure and manage multiple projects with tight deadlines.

Key Responsabilities
* Conduct competitor benchmarking analyses and market research.
* Support the design/redesign of the value proposition of academic programs.
* Contribute to the internal continuous improvement process of the programs delivered.
* Coordinate activities and communication between internal and external stakeholders.
* Coordinate and support the organization of events, thematic workshops, and internal training sessions.
* Create presentations, visual materials, and reports with strong attention to both detail and design.

Requisitos

What would we like to see in your CV?
* Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
* Languages: Excellent English and Italian (C1).
* Good proficiency in Excel.
* Excellent command of PowerPoint and Canva.
* Familiarity or interest in AI.
