About this role

As our Marketing Lead for Italy, you will step into a key role within our dynamic local marketing department. You will support the Head of Marketing in designing our local strategy, co-owning accountability for our brand, and driving business objectives.
By championing teamwork to deliver, you will oversee the local B2C marketing strategy and calendar, guide single-market initiatives, and optimize multi-market campaigns. You will lead with a customer-centric approach, bringing our big ambitions to life in the Italian market.

We're seeking dedicatedMarketing Lead for Italy to join us in connecting with restaurants and grocery partners, ensuring our customers enjoy a diverse range of exceptional dining and shopping options.

Salary range: EUR49,600 - EUR68,200

These are some of the key components to the position:

* Co-develop the local marketing strategy and co-own delivery of brand and business objectives/KPIs for Italy.
* Define goals and own execution of the Italy B2C marketing calendar, including key initiatives and campaigns.
* Break down silos to work with cross-channel partners to develop 360 annual plans, covering ATL, promotions, and targeted value offers, using tech, data and creativity to drive excellence.
* Oversee and support single-market initiatives led by Marketing Managers and optimize multi-market campaigns for the Italian market.
* Use analytics and market insight to recommend opportunities, inform senior management, and drive data-driven decision-making.
* Act as main liaison for central marketing teams and represent Italy in global alignment and squad meetings.
* Manage relationships with the Country Manager and local leadership; foster internal and external partner collaboration to achieve shared goals.

What will you bring to the team?

* Deep marketing management expertise, with a strong preference for FMCG and/or e-commerce backgrounds.
* Broad knowledge of the full marketing mix, including TV, OOH, PR, social, performance, CRM, and in-app/web promotions.
* Strong analytical, data-driven mindset to interpret business issues, use tech and data, and recommend strategic actions.
* Proven ability to prepare operational plans and manage high-impact projects and processes with attention to detail.
* Excellent stakeholder management, collaboration and relationship-building skills with internal and external partners.
* Strong multitasking and prioritisation skills; able to deliver with limited oversight and coach, delegate, and lift others up.
* Self-starter attitude, comfortable with fast-paced change, test-and-learn environments, and positive, proactive work ethic; receptive to feedback. Fluent in Italian and English.
