GENERAL ROLE
The In-Store Flow Manager ensures the seamless replenishment and management of product flows to elevate the Hermès client experience, optimizing stock availability and supporting business performance. They bridge Sales, Stock level, Logistics, and Retail Merchandising strategy, translating boutique needs into accurate product calls and prioritizing flow decisions through rigorous analysis, anticipation, and collaboration. The role safeguards daily stock availability, supports sales ambitions, and maintains Maison standards of service, excellence, and operational harmony. Within a centralized stock model, they act as a key liaison among the RSP (Retail Supply Planner in Italian head-office), Logistic Coordinator (in Regional Distribution Center - RDC) and sales and operations team (in store).

MAIN RESPONSABILITIES
1. Product Flow Orchestration & Stock Availability
A. Stock Quality and Sales Monitoring
* Analyze key selling items per Métier at multiple levels of detail (SKU, model, category), adapting granularity to product specificity.
* Hold regular touchpoints with Sales Managers to ensure a balanced and relevant product offer.
* Oversee the timing of buying and replenishment cycles (Podium, reorders, PSI), conduct sales & stock analysis to support buying and reorders.
* Provide guidance to Sales teams regarding the activation and promotion of slow-moving items.
* Regularly monitor stock aging to propose actions to the sales team to minimize product depreciation.
* Anticipate and communicate potential shortages, proposing immediate alternatives when needed.
* Maintain awareness of internal market trends, including performance of other Hermès stores and Retail Merchandising reports.
* Conduct phase-out activities in close partnership with Retail Merchandising team and Operations team to ensure a coherent product transition.
* Define and adjust stock month coverage levels to support sales performance while aligning with subsidiary guidelines.
* Ensure stock quality and readiness for client needs while managing shortage alerts and alternatives.

B. Stock space and capacity monitoring
* Coordinate allocation between in-store, remote, and corporate storage.
* Collaborate with stock operations manager to monitor stockroom capacity to ensure space fluidity.
* Anticipate to stock operations manager space needs also connected to seasonality and events.

2. Replenishment Planning & Reporting
* Develop an integrated replenishment plan aligned with novelties, store events, and buying cycles.
* Define and update min/max levels at SKU level in coordination with Sales Managers and RSP, ensuring alignment with assortment strategy and stockroom capacity.
* Anticipate and adapt product calls based on targets and real-time store needs, for example for Fashion Weeks, festive periods, seasonal launches, trunk shows, craft events.
* Build solid reporting to monitor and anticipate replenishment status and action plan.
* Conduct regular follow-up, continuously track product calls and ensure alignment between plan and actual replenishment.
* Monitor execution vs plan and adjust based on real-time needs.
* Translate floor needs into product calls and replenishment priorities, ensuring right product, right time, right place.

3. Cross-functional Collaboration
* Align with RSP and Retail Merchandising team on products strategy, guidelines, assortment and rebalancing.
* Regularly touch base with RSP on replenishment strategy, status and action plan.
* Regularly present an update on replenishment status and action plan to store manager and sales manager team.
* Collaborate daily with sales team managers to understand products replenishment needs.
* Collaborate with operations manager to coordinate on stockroom capacity, logistic and replenishment plan.
* Collaborate daily with logistic coordinator (RDC teams) and, when needed, with Central Customer Service to monitor and prioritize products deliveries to store.

4. KPIs, Analysis & Decision Support
* Track and propose and action plan on key indicators:
* MOS
* ABC Analysis
* Sell-through
* OTIF
* SKU coverage / consumption plan
* Sleeping and ageing stock
* Shortages
* Simplify dashboards and share insights with Store Manager, Operations Manager and RSP to support decisions.
* Recommend corrective actions grounded in data and client-centric priorities.

PROFILE
* Degree ideally in Engineering, Statistics or Business. Business- or retail-oriented profiles welcome; supply chain specialization and sales in store experiences are a plus.
* Proven analytical skills, prioritization, and problem-solving abilities.
* Confidence with data and operational tools (Excel, dashboards; ERP familiarity e.g., SAP/CEGID is a plus).
* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills; ability to influence without authority; collaborative mindset.
* Organized, rigorous, reliable, pragmatic; service-minded and performance-driven.
* Language requirements: Italian and fluent English (written and spoken).
