Based in Sesto Fiorentino (Florence), the After Sales Engineer will play a crucial role within the After Sales Department. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the implementation of after-sales activities, coordinating processes and workflows to ensure timely and successful completion, and ultimately enhancing customer satisfaction. This involves maintaining regular contact and collaboration with Local After Sales Referents, Quality Production teams, Customer Service, and Headquarters
Bachelor/Master's degree in Management Engineering, Economics, Statistics, or a related field. A minimum of 1 year of relevant professional experience. Fluency in both Italian and English is essential. Previous experience within the luxury retail sector is highly desirable. Proven excellent customer service skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Familiarity with Salesforce and Power BI reporting systems is a plus. Exceptional analytical and numerical abilities.
