e-Key Account Manager - Online Pure Players & E-Retai

A Day in the Life
Ready to take the lead in our e-commerce revolution? As our e-Account Manager in Milan, you'll be the strategic force behind our key online partnerships. This isn't just about sales; it's about shaping the entire digital ecosystem for our iconic brands. You will report directly to the Head of e-Commerce and steer the commercial relationship, coordinating marketing, supply chain, and finance to drive growth.
Your mission, should you choose to accept it:
* Drive the Strategy: Define and execute the annual Joint Business Plan (JBP), identifying new growth opportunities and emerging trends to stay ahead of the game.
* Own the Performance: Take full ownership of the account's P&L. You will negotiate annual agreements, manage sales forecasts, and analyze performance to hit ambitious revenue and profitability targets.
* Deliver Operational Excellence: Oversee the go-to-market strategy, ensuring our brand image shines on every digital touchpoint. You'll partner with supply chain teams to optimize logistics and keep our products available for our consumers.
* Be the Central Hub: Act as the single point of contact for the client, orchestrating internal teams-from Marketing and Media to Finance and IT-to ensure a unified and powerful approach.
