Qualifications: Proven experience in talent acquisition, preferably within a luxury retail or fashion environment. Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and current market trends, including new graduate recruitment strategies and internship program management. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software. Native level Japanese and business level English proficiency. Proactive, detail-oriented, and results-driven with a strong sense of urgency. High level of confidentiality and professionalism
