Job Description

What can you expect?
* Independent case handling: You will work on exciting legal cases in the areas of inheritance law, family law, guardianship law, and enforcement law. This includes reviewing authorization documents, conducting system queries, and corresponding with clients and authorities.
* Legal support: You will assist with legal clarifications, the preparation of legal documents, and project work.
* Communication at the highest level: You will coordinate and communicate with our group companies both domestically and internationally, as well as with external lawyers, authorities, and clients.

Requirements

* A completed commercial apprenticeship or vocational baccalaureate; a CAS in Paralegalism or similar qualification is a plus.
* Several years of experience as an assistant or paralegal, ideally in the legal field.
* Confident handling of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
* Fluent German skills and very good English proficiency, both written and spoken.
* A structured and independent working style, combined with resilience and a high level of professionalism.
