Job Description

To strengthen our team, we are looking for an Officer Payment Investigations (f/m/d).

In this role, you will be the central point of contact when payment transactions become complex:

* You investigate complex payment cases, respond to enquiries and handle complaints relating to outgoing payments.
* You also review netting/settlement orders and coordinate the necessary steps with the relevant departments to ensure that each order is executed correctly and on time.
* You work closely with international teams in Europe and Asia and actively contribute to the design and optimisation of payment processes.
