-The Financial Risks Analyst oversees the Middle Office function within Corporate Treasury, serving as the independent guardian of the Group's financial integrity. The core mission involves the rigorous monitoring of Front Office transactions to ensure 100% alignment with Board-approved Treasury Policies. This includes real-time oversight of authorized nominal limits, counterparty credit exposure, and the daily validation of P&L movements to ensure transparency in market activities. -Participating and contributing to weekly corporate investment decision meetings at Group Treasury Front Office. Acting as an independent interface between Back Office and Front Office, the Financial Risks & Reporting Analyst is in charge of market risks controls (FX, IR, Commodities & Energy). -The Financial Risks Analyst maintains continuous oversight of hedging mandate execution, ensuring strict adherence to the risk management frameworks established by the Board of Directors. Additionally, the role leads the Treasury reporting function, encompassing the delivery of daily P&L statements, portfolio mark-to-market valuations, Value-at-Risk (VaR) analytics, and comprehensive FX position reconciliations. -Proactively participate to the design, development, and deployment of advanced risk management tools to strengthen and modernize Group Treasury control frameworks -Responsible for the continuous review, enhancement, and formal documentation of Middle Office Procedures to ensure they remain aligned with evolving market regulations and internal Group policies
Requerimientos del candidato/a:
-Possesses a Master's degree in Financial Engineering or Financial Markets and a strong grasp of risk measurement frameworks. Brings professional experience from the banking or multinational sector, focused on the day-to-day execution of middle-office controls and financial reporting. -Strong analytical and communication skills with high attention to details. -Strong computer skills (Excel knowledge with VBA is a must have, Bloomberg, Python is a plus) -Languages: English, French -Open minded with international way of thinking, open to multi-cultural business community
