About the Role
Main Tasks
* Support the Technical Department in managing product certifications and related documentation (e.g. Green Label, SPAN, SIRIM, and third-party laboratory certifications).
* Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external laboratories on product testing, certification submissions, and follow up activities.
* Provide administrative support to the Technical Department, including raising Purchase Requisitions (PR), requesting quotations, preparing SGAN documentation, and maintaining records in SIP.
* Maintain and update technical documents, reports, and records to ensure proper documentation and compliance with company procedures.
* Assist the R&D team with laboratory activities such as product testing, sample preparation, and maintaining laboratory equipment and housekeeping standards.
* Ensure technical documentation and processes comply with relevant company standards and ISO requirements.

* To perform other job functions, deem necessary by immediate Superior / Management.

* Maintain Sika information with appropriate secrecy and adhere to policies regarding confidential information.
* Always maintain confidentiality of formulation.

* Report any hazards, unsafe conditions, or incidents promptly to the immediate superior or EHS personnel.
* Adhere to Sika Life Saving Rules and all applicable safety procedures.
* Participate in required EHS training and support safety initiatives within the workplace.
Your Skills and Experience
* Min. Diploma holder in Chemistry, Engineering (Chemical) or equivalent.
* Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of relevant experience in laboratory, chemistry, or technical related environments are encouraged to apply.
* Exposure to laboratory testing, technical documentation, or product certification processes would be an advantage.
* Prior internship or project experience related to laboratory work, building materials, adhesives, or construction materials is an added advantage.
* Good ENGLISH communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment as well as independently.
* Positive attitude, proactive mindset, and willingness to learn and improve.
