Responsibilities

* Responsible for the delivery of new HCS projects, capacity expansion, cloud migration, and other cloud-related tasks in the local office. Follow Huawei Cloud's delivery and service processes to ensure that the delivery quality and progress meet project requirements.

* Maintenance of Existing Cloud Projects, Responsible for the maintenance of existing HCS projects, including but not limited to routine inspections, network monitoring and analysis, handling of general and urgent issues, key event support, and change management. Ensure effective tracking and closure of issues and changes to maintain customer satisfaction.

* Other Cloud Technical Support Tasks: Collaborate with surrounding teams (e.g., pre-sales or regional teams,HQ) to manage on-site equipment and maintain existing systems.

Qualifications

* Fluent in French and English, able to use them as working languages, and capable of meeting communication needs with customers and surrounding teams during cloud delivery and service work. Chinese is preferred.

* Possess ICT technical skills in IT/IP, be familiar with cloud solutions, and have at least one of the following: experience in ICT and cloud delivery and maintenance. This requirement is not mandatory for interns or graduates.

* Proven track record of engage and presentation capability with high-level customer to identify potential opportunity.

* Telecom Operator: IT/Infrastructure HOD /CIO.

* Cloud Solution Architecture, IT Devices, Cloud Vender, Public Cloud Experience, Cloud and IT Markets
