Job Description - Financial Administrative Assistant
Objective of the Position
Responsible for providing administrative support to the finance department through the entry, organization, and validation of financial information, using Microsoft Office tools with a special focus on Excel proficiency, ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of processed data.
Primary Responsibilities
Data Entry and Processing
* Digitization and input of financial information into established systems
* Processing of invoices, expense receipts, and accounting documents
* Classification and recording of basic financial transactions
* Verification of accuracy in captured numerical and alphanumeric data
Digital Tools Management
* Advanced use of Microsoft Excel for:
* Creation of financial formats and templates
* Application of basic formulas and financial functions
* Creation and maintenance of databases
* Generation of simple reports and pivot tables
* Use of Microsoft Word for document creation
* Utilization of Microsoft Outlook for email management
* Operation of internal company systems for information registration
Administrative Support
* Organization and filing of physical and digital financial documentation
* Assistance in preparing basic financial reports
* Support in simple data reconciliation processes
* Follow-up on pending forms and documentation
* Maintenance of confidentiality regarding financial information
Control and Quality
* Review of consistency in captured information
* Identification and correction of data discrepancies
* Adherence to established data entry procedures
* Reporting of detected inconsistencies or errors
Requerimientos del candidato/a:
Requirements
Academic Background
* Bachelor's Degree in areas such as:
* Business Administration
* Accounting
* Computer Science
* International Business
* Or related field
Technical Skills
* Computer Use: Intermediate-advanced level
* Microsoft Office:
* Excel: Advanced level (formulas, pivot tables, basic functions)
* Word: Intermediate level (formatting, tables, documents)
* Outlook: Intermediate level (email management, calendars)
* Ability to learn internal company systems
* Speed and accuracy in data entry (minimum 8,000 keystrokes/hour)

Experience
