HR Training Analyst- Advanced French

As a HR Training Analyst you'll be responsible for effectively handling requests from the local HR teams in America and Europe, resolving inquiries, and managing processes related to training and development. What you'll be doing: Training Event and Session Management: Planning, coordinating, and creating sessions on the Yes Learning platform, ensuring proper participant registration. Training Administration and Recordkeeping: Maintaining up-to-date employee training records, managing invoices, agreements, and training-related announcements. Compliance and CSR Reporting: Generating periodic reports on mandatory training completion and Corporate Social Responsibility initiatives. Training Campaign Communication: Sending reminders and communications to managers and employees to encourage participation. Skills Development Plan Management: Managing, recording, and updating the Skills Development Plan tracking file, ensuring data accuracy and traceability. What you'll bring: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field. Advanced proficiency in French (mandatory). Advanced Excel skills. Advanced level of English (desirable). Knowledge of Learning Management Systems (LMS) (desirable). Minimum of 2 years experience within a shared services model (desirable). Strong analysis, effective communication, adaptability, and time management skills. Innovative and flexible mindset.
