Job Description :The Accounting Analyst supports the delivery of daily accounting operations.
Mission & Responsibilities
* Run daily accounting operations including:
- month and end-year process
- accounts payable/receivable
- cash receipts
- general ledger
- payroll and utilities
- treasury, budgeting, cash forecasting
- revenue and expenditure variance analysis
- capital assets reconciliations
- trust account statement reconciliations
- check runs
- fixed asset activity
- debt activity
* Support the monitoring and analysis of accounting data
* Produce financial reports and statements
* Participate in the coordination of annual audits
* Support the maintenance of fiscal files and records

Qualifications & Languages
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance or Business Administration
* Languages: English (Intermediate)

Previous experience & Industry background
* 0+ years of experience in finance
* Media agency, Digital industry, Tech company, Data company
