Responsibilities

The Opportunity
Lead AR services for customer-facing accountabilities related to cash flow, assessment of customer payment disputes, and collection of unpaid invoices, ensuring short and long-term strategies as well as governance model established. About Global Control Standard is responsible of deliver a control environment successfully; always looking for continuous improvement in baseline KPIs and SLA goals target DSO, aging currency, accuracy, and timeliness.

Your Impact
As US OTC Assoc Manager your scope would consist of …
* Ensuring all baseline and project goals for DCSO, aging currency, accuracy, and timeliness.
* Monitoring and reporting the status of customer accounts and results against defined KPIs, goals, and objectives.
* Decision-making about complex issues and collaboration as necessary to determine actionable, practical, and sustainable solutions that reduce customer issues.
* Maximize overall A/R business processes; automate and reduce rework when possible.
* Partner with cross-functional teams in Billing Exceptions, Cash and Credit Associates to perform accountabilities efficiently, effectively, and accurately.
* Continuous improvement for customer profiles to include information such as payment habits, proof of delivery, and receiving procedures.
* Partnership customer and/or division initiatives.
* Communication and escalation model for issues and procedural changes to Team Coordinators and managers.
Qualifications

Who Are We Looking For?
* Bachelor's degree in administration, Accounting, Finance or similar.
* Knowledge of overall Account Receivable, Financial and Controllership areas.
* Highly skilled and knowledgeable in regard to adjustments, research, collections, account issues, and customer relationships.
* Experienced in the use of Microsoft Excel and proficient in the use of other Microsoft Office applications.
* Knowledge of DB2 queries, SAP & reports to analyze data.
* Advanced English is a must have
