About the role
We are seeking a motivated ICT professional to join our Global ICT team on a temporary basis as part of the Site Services function in Querétaro. This role plays a key part in delivering a best-in-class end-user computing experience, supporting our global RD&A teams and enabling business continuity and innovation.
Key responsibilities
* Provide end-user support (remote and on-site) for hardware and software across desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices.
* Manage and resolve incidents through the ticketing system, ensuring timely updates and SLA compliance.Install, configure, and deploy ICT hardware, software, and enterprise solutions following standard processes.
* Support enterprise device management using Microsoft Intune and Azure AD, ensuring compliance and security standards.
* Troubleshoot issues across operating systems, applications, and infrastructure.
* Ensure endpoints are fully patched, secure, and aligned with corporate policies.
* Collaborate with global ICT teams on system deployments and upgrades.
* Maintain accurate documentation and contribute to the ICT knowledge base.Support local IT/OT infrastructure and networking (LAN, remote access, MDM).
* Deliver a consistently professional, customer-focused service to stakeholders at all levels.
Qualifications and skills

Bachelor's degree in IT or equivalent experience.
*
Strong experience in end-user support and Windows environments.
*
Knowledge of Microsoft 365 and endpoint management tools (Intune preferred).
*
Experience with Active Directory / Entra ID administration.
*
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
*
Customer-focused with excellent communication skills.Self-motivated and able to work both independently and collaboratively
