This role provides operational support to Sales and Go To Market (GTM) teams across LATAM, ensuring accurate route and customer configuration, real-time issue resolution, and consistent execution of last-mile processes. The position has regional scope and is key to ensuring SLA/OLA compliance while enabling
Responsibilities

Responsabilities:
* Own customer and route configuration in Omnitracs for assigned LATAM markets.
* Validate route structures, geocoding, truck assignments, depots, and loading days.
* Identify and communicate system deviations impacting Sales and Go To Market execution.
* Partner with regional and local stakeholders to standardize and optimize route and customer data.
* Prepare and present operational status, performance, and productivity insights.
* Ensure service delivery in line with agreed SLAs.
* Support continuous improvement initiatives and operational capability development.
Qualifications

Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or related field.
* 1-2 years of experience in Go To Market (GTM), routing, or commercial operations.
* Strong analytical and organizational skills; able to manage multiple priorities.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Power BI).
* English: Intermediate-Advanced (mandatory).
* Effective Communicator, comfortable working with.
