We're looking for a Billing Administrator to join our Finance team in Mexico City.

As our Billing Administrator, you'll play a key role in ensuring the accuracy, compliance, and efficiency of our billing processes. You'll be responsible for managing the complete billing cycle while supporting regulatory compliance and contributing to an exceptional customer experience.
Your main responsibilities will include:
* Manage the end-to-end billing process, including invoices, credit notes, debit notes, and invoice cancellations in compliance with SAT 4.0 and company policies.
* Reconcile billing and accounting information to ensure accuracy and compliance with tax regulations.
* Manage billing transactions through the SAT portal and maintain accurate documentation.
* Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies by working closely with internal stakeholders and customers.
* Ensure timely and accurate revenue recognition through proper billing administration.
* Support continuous process improvements to enhance billing efficiency and internal controls.
* Collaborate with Finance, Operations, Sales, and other business areas to ensure seamless billing processes.

What We're Looking For

* Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
* 2-3 years of experience managing high-volume electronic invoicing (500+ invoices per month), including credit notes and invoice cancellations.
* Hands-on experience with SAT version 4.0.
* Advanced Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas, filters, charts, and data analysis.
* Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across multiple departments.
* Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
