Job Description:

Responsible of the Project Management of Factory Rollouts focused more on logistics and planning areas.
Lead risk management and mitigation efforts for any IT project assignment.
Coordination of regional and central project-team for rollout activities.
Delivery of S/4 HANA template in time.
Ensure project (template) governance to keep PT standard.
Drive sustainable change management in local organization to ensure business and technical benefit.
Close communication with all project stake holders and local management.
Ensure successful hand over and collaboration to and with the 'Run' Organization.
The objective for this position is:
Support definition and monitoring of tasks for PT process experts during SAP projects phases.
Establish communication channels with project stakeholders and reports any obstacle on time to meet project success.
Set schedules, tasks assignments, coordinate meetings and assess risks for IT projects.

Qualifications:

IT project management experience for at least 2 SAP rollout projects.
Initiative, persuasiveness, assertiveness and consistent target tracking
Ability to think analytically
Willingness to work in a global & virtual team
Excellent communication and coaching skills
English (fluent in spoken and written)
Working experience in international- and cross-cultural environment.
Willingness to work in international projects with according travel effort (approx. 20 %)
Desirable experience:
Minimum 2 years work experience in SAP projects. Desirable experience on Agile, Scrum, Kanban and Lean methodologies.
Desirable PMP Certification.
