Responsibilities

The Opportunity
Monitor and coordinate payroll and social security initiatives/projects by getting involved & working with key business partners in order to achieve successful results within a given project schedule, support the knowledge transfer & internal projects development by designing and implementing best practices. Design / implement, monitor and report Payroll & SS AOP and FCST.

Your Impact

As Payroll Analyst your responsibilities would consist of:
* Collaborate within large, transformative, initiatives/projects that impact multiple business services
* Support the planning, execution and closing of projects; Set the automation and productivity agenda
* Closely monitor project progress and ensure timely completion
* Support the risks identification that impact a project and the risk response plan for the resolution.
* Support the communication of status and issues to stakeholders in a timely manner
* Prepare and report project status on regular basis, including metrics needed for various stakeholders
* Monitoring of the AOP, Investment, and Project Benefits
* Design / implement, monitor and report Payroll & SS AOP and FCST to Management
* Ensure compliance with monthly KPIs that allow for risk identification and business decision-making
* Support team integration by coordinating annual events
Qualifications

Who Are We Looking For?

Education
* Bachelors in Economics or Management

Experience
* 2 years of experience in project coordination and implementation
* Knowledge in project methodologies (L6S, Scrum, PMO, Agile). Certification desirable.
* Advance English
* Advance office suit including Visio, Project
* Python, PBI, Power Apps, SAP (preferably)
