Main Responsabilities
* Assist and advise dealers personnel and field staff in solving complex technical problems on assigned products utilizing the Case & Contact Management System (CCMS).
* Analyze data from multiple sources such as machine telematics data, CCMS cases, warranty claims, and part sales to identify emerging issues.
* Provide feedback to the factory regarding product performance issues, product deficiencies, and customer requirements and concerns.
* Support the Early Detection Problem Resolution (EDPR) process by identifying trends through CCMS case input.
* Develop and deliver technical training for complex products, services or initiatives for field teams and channel partners.
* May travel to the field to provide problem resolution support on complex problems.
* Publish dealer facing solutions for respective products.

Education
