Job Description:

The Agile Master/Coach will act as a servant leader and experienced agile coach, supporting individuals, teams, and groups of teams through their agile adoption and continuous improvement journey. The coach will serve as a key interface between the delivery teams and leadership, helping to design, implement, and evolve the organization's way of working (WoW) and ways of thinking (WoT) using Disciplined Agile and other agile practices.
1. Support change and transformation
2. Assess agile proficiency and identify improvement opportunities
3. Coach teams within organizational context
4. Manage actionable issues and improvement backlogs
5. Facilitate working sessions
6. Create artifacts
7. Implement and evolve visual controls
8. Apply guided continuous improvement
9. Work across disparate teams

Qualifications:

The Agile Master/Coach must meet the following minimum requirements:
1. Agile coaching experience
2. Disciplined Agile knowledge
3. Broad agile expertise
4. Coaching and facilitation skills
5. Transformation and change skills
6. Analytical and problem-solving skills
7. Stakeholder management and communication
