We are currently seeking an Fixed Operation Manager - Posventa to join our Aftersales team. This role is responsible for the reputation, efficiency and profitability of these departments. The Fixed Operations manager serves as business partner leading Dealers to uphold the highest quality and ethical standards but making sure not to lose focus on his/her commercial profile.-Nissan (NMEX,NEdM, NRFS, NRFM and ANZEN) hires based on the fulfillment of the job profile in the vacancy, without distinction or discrimination based on gender, gender identity and/or expression, sexual orientation, race, color, language, religion, political or any other opinion, national or social origin, economic position, birth or any other condition.
A day in the life of this role:
* Closely work and support Dealers in achieving their retail parts & service sales objectives
* Analyze Dealer parts and service operations, identify areas in need of improvement, make recommendations and coordinate implementation of specific action plans including benchmark analysis and best practices.
* Closely work and support Dealers in achieving their customer satisfaction objectives.
* Take the necessary actions to ensure Dealers deliver a quality experience to customers and support customer satisfaction initiatives and programs.
* Liaise between Nissan and dealerships.
* Answers dealer inquiries on related issues; consults with dealership staff on related issues; provides Nissan perspective; negotiates on business related issues as required.
* Manage pricing analysis to deliver pricing recommendations and analyses.
Who We're Looking for:
Mandatory Requirements:
* Bachelor's Degree Business Administration, Marketing, Commercial, Finance, Industrial Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering.
* Marketing and Sales experience B2B / B2C
* Knowledge in administration of databases Data Analytics / Machine learning
* Customer Satisfaction
* Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Power Point)
* Data analysis and sales performance tracking (Excel, dashboards, KPIs)
* Knowledge of aftersales operations (parts and service)
* Database management and reporting
* Cross-functional project management
* Experience managed cross-functional projects.
* Demonstrates a positive sense of urgency.
* Effective communication with stakeholders (dealers and internal teams)
* Customer-oriented mindset and focus on customer experience
* Analytical thinking and problem-solving
* Influence and negotiation skills
* Travel Required: 80% (Valid driver license is a must, active passport and VISA is preferred)
* Advanced English level (minimum 500 TOEIC points).
