Instock Specialist, Strategic Supply Chain (ISM), Consumables

Lead CPFR (Collaborative Planning, Forecasting, and Replenishment) processes, including monthly, quarterly, and yearly forecast alignment
Manage and optimize buying input parameters to ensure accurate automated ordering
Execute proactive PO management to reduce Stock-out Rate of Out-of-Stock (SoROOS)
Provide logistics assistance and monitor pick-up/delivery tracking to reduce Vendor Lead Time
Implement inventory management strategies to reduce excess and damaged inventory
Participate in operational improvement initiatives, including annual Kaizen events
Drive adoption of operational efficiency programs
Develop and deliver training to facilitate knowledge transfer and tool adoption

Key job responsibilities
Own the inventory strategy and health for your category, ensuring optimal in-stock levels while minimizing aged and excess inventory.

Collaborate with Vendor Managers on demand forecasting, product launches, and promotional planning to deliver growth while protecting operational capacity.

Partner with Operations and Supply Chain Excellence to improve speed-to-customer, streamline inbound processes, and enhance fulfillment efficiency.

Lead cost-to-serve and efficiency initiatives, driving sustainable, scalable improvements to Amazon's supply chain.

Use data and metrics to diagnose root causes, identify risks, and build long-term solutions that scale.

Influence cross-functional stakeholders to align strategies across Retail, Operations, and Finance, balancing customer experience, speed, and profitability.

Foster a culture of continuous improvement, challenging the status quo and championing operational excellence.

Requerimientos del candidato/a:

- Bachelor's Degree.
- +2 YOE in client or vendor facing roles with a focus in relationship management and negotiation skills
- +2 YOE in data analysis using tools such as Excel, Pivot Tables, SQL, Tableau, or equivalent
- +2 YOE using data analysis to drive business decisions
- Experience creating process improvement procedures
- Experience in supply chain, inventory management, or a related field
