The Ops Sup Team Lead is an entry-level management level position responsible for providing full leadership and direction to a team of employees in an effort to provide operations support services in coordination with the Operations - Core team. The overall objective of this role is to ensure the seamless delivery of operations support services in alignment with Citi operations support infrastructure and processes

Responsibilities:
* Lead a small team by providing coaching and mentoring
* Perform business analysis and documentation of the current and future state of Client Reports and Advices (client communication letters, notices, and confirms)
* Provide regular status updates for all project participants as well as creating presentations for steering committee updates
* Work with various Legal & Compliance teams to obtain sign-off on all regulatory business requirements
* Serve as primary liaison between the key business stakeholder and technology
* Recommend business priorities by advising stakeholders on options, risks, costs, prioritizations, and delivery timelines
* Create and facilitate training sessions, webcast demos, User Acceptance Test scripts, and business scenarios
* Create, manage and maintain a project plan and act as the project manager for all follow ups across various departments
* Work on multiple projects in parallel, focusing on continued delivery of regulatory client deliverables such as legal statements/performance reporting/advices/letters/notices for the America's region
* Fulfilling the clients' necessities while providing an exceptional client experience is the expected behavior from all our employees and it will be measured by specific metrics.
* Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency, as well as effectively supervise the activity of others and create accountability with those who fail to maintain these standards.

Qualifications:
* Previous relevant experience preferred (combination of education/experience)
* Proficient in Microsoft Office
* Proactive leadership and motivational skills
* Proven organization and time management skills
* Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making skills
* Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills

Education:
* Bachelor's degree/University degree or equivalent experience

El Líder del equipo de Apoyo de Operaciones es un puesto de nivel gerencial inicial a cargo de brindar total liderazgo y dirección a un equipo de empleados, para suministrar servicios de apoyo de operaciones, en coordinación con el equipo central de Operaciones. El objetivo general de este rol es garantizar la entrega perfecta de servicios de apoyo de operaciones en coherencia con los procesos e infraestructura de apoyo de operaciones de Citi.

Responsabilidades:
* Dirigir a un pequeño equipo mediante la capacitación y el asesoramiento.
* Realizar análisis comercial y documentación del estado actual y futuro de los Informes y Asesoramientos de Clientes (cartas de comunicación del cliente, notificaciones y confirmaciones).
* Brindar actualizaciones de estado regulares para todos los participantes del proyecto y crear presentaciones para las actualizaciones del comité directivo.
* Trabajar con diversos equipos del área Legal y Cumplimiento para obtener aprobación en todos los requisitos comerciales regulatorios.
* Evaluar adecuadamente el riesgo cuando se toman decisiones, demostrando una consideración particular por la reputación de la empresa y protegiendo al Banco, sus clientes y activos, al impulsar el cumplimiento de las leyes, las reglas y los reglamentos correspondientes, acatando la política, aplicando un juicio ético sólido en relación con el comportamiento personal, la conducta y las prácticas comerciales y escalando, administrando e informando los problemas de control con transparencia, así como supervisar de manera efectiva la actividad de otros y crear responsabilidad con aquellas personas que no mantienen estos estándares.
Calificaciones:
* Dominio de Microsoft Office.
* Habilidades de motivación y liderazgo proactivo.
* Habilidades comprobadas de organización y gestión del tiempo.
* Habilidades comprobadas de toma de decisiones y resolución de problemas.
* Demuestra de manera constante habilidades de comunicación escrita y verbal clara y concisa.
Educación:
* Título universitario/de licenciatura o experiencia equivalente.
