But could you be the one helping lead our Food & Beverage operations to deliver memorable moments every day? We're searching for an Assistant Food & Beverage Manager to support our F&B team in delivering outstanding service, operational excellence, and exceptional guest experiences across our restaurants, bars, lounges, and banquet venues.
A little taste of your day-to-day:
Every day is different, but you'll mostly be:
● Supporting the daily operations of the Food & Beverage department to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery across all outlets
● Supervising and motivating F&B colleagues to maintain exceptional guest service standards and operational excellence
● Assisting in monitoring food and beverage quality, presentation, and service standards in line with hotel and brand expectations
● Coordinating closely with Culinary, Stewarding, Banquets, and Front Office teams to ensure seamless guest experiences
● Handling guest feedback, service recovery situations, and special requests professionally and promptly
● Assisting with scheduling, inventory control, stock management, and cost control initiatives to support departmental performance
● Supporting training, coaching, and development of team members while fostering a positive and collaborative work environment
● Ensuring compliance with hygiene, safety, responsible alcohol service, and workplace standards as required by local regulations
What We need from you:
● Diploma or higher education qualification in Hotel Management, Hospitality, Food & Beverage Management, or related field preferred
● Minimum 4-6 years of Food & Beverage experience within a hotel or upscale hospitality environment, including supervisory experience preferred
● Strong knowledge of restaurant, bar, banquet, and overall F&B operations
● Excellent communication, leadership, and guest service skills
● Ability to work confidently in a fast-paced hospitality environment and manage multiple priorities effectively
● Familiarity with hotel POS systems, inventory management, and operational reporting preferred
● Knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and responsible service standards as required by local regulations
