This role is part of the Global Treasury & Insurance team of the Global Finance department of HEINEKEN International. The Analyst steers the process of Data Driven Decision making, participates in managing the in-house insurance company Roeminck and supports the design and execution of a coherent policy regarding the purchasing of insurance programs in order to financially mitigate major losses which could affect the Heineken Group as a whole.

Your daily tasks may include:

* solving complex business problems and leading projects

* analyzing operational risks

* optimizing processes and resolving bottlenecks

* selecting technologies and owning digital products

* modeling and visualizing data

* performing premium allocation, claims, and financial analyses

* supporting in-house insurance operations

* managing regulatory reporting and compliance.

You are a good match if you have:

* Master Degree in Finance related subject (e.g. Accounting, Business Administration)

* 3+ years including exposure to cross-functional and complex international environment. Ideally in an insurance environment. Above average analytical skills required

* accounting & Reporting knowledge

* solvency II reporting knowledge

* experienced in working with external auditors

* proficiency with IT systems and tools (Microsoft Office, SAP and ideally with insurance platforms, like PARIS)

* complex Data Analytics skills incl. building models with PowerBI,

* strong stakeholder management and time management skills.

You are a perfect match if you also have:

* Compliance/ Legal knowledge is a plus

* working with Python and AI.
